Dakota – Founder & Creative Director

Founder Story

Dakota is the founder and creative director of Dakota’s Dancing Queen Co., an immersive experience company focused on storytelling, music, travel, and creating unforgettable group experiences.

From a young age, Dakota showed a strong interest in music, film, and storytelling. After working on several major motion pictures, including Mamma Mia! and Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again, Dakota decided to shift focus from film production to immersive experiences, where participants could step inside the story instead of just watching it.

Dakota’s Dancing Queen Co. was founded with the goal of combining travel, music, and storytelling into one experience. Each trip is designed to feel like a movie, with participants becoming characters in a larger story that unfolds throughout the week.

Dakota currently serves as Founder, Creative Director, Head of Casting, Choreographer, Travel Coordinator, and Director of Emotional Damage.

Dakota’s Dancing Queen Co. is currently expanding and plans to offer additional immersive experiences in future destinations.
